- Confirm the food and beverage and meeting room set-up are executed as outlined in the BEO.
- Set up the registration table.
- Direct the registration staff.
- Work with the client and speakers on-site to ensure they are satisfied with everything.
- Confirm the audio-Visual order is accurate.
- Check in attendees as they arrive.
- Distribute materials to attendees.
- Collect evaluation forms; mail completed forms to client.
- Handle any other details that arise on-site or as directed by client.
Once you confirm our services for on-site staff, the On-Site Meeting Professional(s) assigned
to your event will communicate with you prior to the event to be sure they understand what is expected
at the meeting and how you want things handled. For large conferences, our On-Site Meeting Professionals
will work with you, managing specific tasks, and freeing you to take care of other equally important tasks.
